Mr. Sanjay Vad

Mr. Sanjay Vad comes from a simple middle-class background. His journey began with financial struggle and limited opportunity, the kind that quietly tells you to expect less.

While studying, he worked part-time in design, marketing and a string of odd jobs to support himself. He used every one of them to learn a new skill rather than just earn a wage.

Instead of accepting an ordinary life, he committed fully to self-improvement, leadership, business education and real-world execution. He stopped consuming motivation and started building systems.

In 2022, one important career decision transformed his life completely. It became the blueprint he now teaches.

Today he has helped more than 6,500 individuals improve their leadership, confidence, communication and business mindset, across India and growing.
